Thank you for visiting and shopping at WarmPawLife! We are dedicated to delivering your premium pet supplies to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Estimates & Rates
To guarantee the highest quality and the best value, we ship our products directly from our specialized international fulfillment hubs.
We are proud to offer the following shipping options for our customers in the United States:
• Standard Shipping: Free (On all eligible orders)
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 12 business days
*Note on Delivery Times: Delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or local carrier backlogs.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually updates within 48 to 72 hours. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or via our website’s tracking page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our customers in the United States, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties and taxes. However, WarmPawLife is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Incorrect Addresses & Missing Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. WarmPawLife is not liable for orders that are undelivered or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us at support@warmpawlife.com.
